Located just 15 minutes from the city of Rethymno, our guests can enjoy their vacation in a space overlooking the mesmerizing Cretan Sea.
Indulge in the luxurious comforts of this exceptional villa, set in a 1.5-acre outdoor space adorned with lush lawns and mosaic gravel.
Take a dip in the private 50m² (non-heated) swimming pool with a depth of 1.45 meters, or in the children’s pool with an integrated (non-heated) jacuzzi that is 0.50 meters deep. The jacuzzi pool can reach a maximum temperature of 28°C, depending on the outdoor temperature.
Unwind under the warm Greek sun on comfortable, plush sun loungers or in the poolside lounge with a fireplace for endless hours of relaxation. For those who love to cook, there is a covered dining area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, featuring a gas barbecue, a gas stove, a sink, and a mini-fridge for delightful al fresco dining experiences with loved ones amidst the beauty of nature. An outdoor fireplace surrounded by sofas provides the perfect spot to enjoy a drink under the sunset sky. A beautifully landscaped garden surrounding the pool creates a sense of tranquility.
For Relaxation
Relax in the villa, starting your day with an invigorating swim in the private pool, enjoying the tranquility and stunning views. In the evening, savor a drink by the fireplace, where the flames create a romantic atmosphere. Here, every moment becomes a unique relaxation experience, with the villa’s amenities offering the perfect balance of luxury and comfort.
Your Stay Includes
The villa provides a welcome basket to kick off your stay on the right foot. A cleaning service is included, which includes sweeping, mopping, changing bed linens and towels every 4 days, while the pool and garden are cleaned twice a week. Additionally, for families with young children, plastic plates and cups are available, and upon request, a baby cot, high chair, and safety gates can be provided.
Practicalities
There is on-site parking for up to three cars.
The villa is fully equipped with: a refrigerator with a freezer, an electric stove with an oven, a microwave oven, a Nespresso machine (capsules), a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a toaster, an iron, an ironing board, a clothes airer, a hairdryer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher.
Amenities
The villa provides high-quality towels for the bathroom, pool, and beach, ensuring your comfort at all times. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for a cool and comfortable stay, while Wi-Fi coverage is available throughout the villa. In the outdoor area, you will find a dining area with a gas barbecue, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals, as well as a gas stove for additional cooking convenience.
Guest Access
Guests enjoy absolute privacy, as they have the exclusive use of the entire property. There is full access to all indoor and outdoor areas of the villa, with no shared spaces. Additionally, there is a bus stop directly in front of the villa with regular services to and from the city of Rethymno, offering convenient and easy transportation. The villa features ramps and is fully accessible to people with disabilities in common areas such as the pool and ground floor.
